The board of directors of Lifecare has appointed Joacim Holter as CEO forLifecare with immidiate effect. Holter have been a member of the Lifecare BoDsince 2011 and was the Chairman of the BoD from 2012 to 2016. Holter has solid experience from leading international companies from the R&Dstage to a commercial operation. Since 2015 he as been MD and Chairman of theSwiss company Osmotex AG (www.osmotex.ch) and prior to this he was practicing asattorney at law with his own practice in his hometown Bergen. He will combinehis responsibility as MD of Osmotex AG and CEO at Lifecare until further notice.Holter will step aside as member of Lifecare BoD as soon as an replacement isappointed at an extraordinary general assembly.
