Employees in the Lifecare Group have been allocated in total 124 719 shares, ofwhich primary insiders Joacim Holter (Lifecare CEO) and Prof. Andreas Pfützner(Lifecare CSO) both have been allocated 20 000 shares representing theindividual maximum subscription under the program.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Registerof Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
