Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Lifecare AS (the"Company") on 20 April 2022 regarding the share issue resolved by the board ofdirectors as part of the previously agreed consideration from Lifecare AS toacquire Lifecare Laboratories GmbH (formely named Pfützner Science and HealthGmbH). The share capital increase has now been registered with the NorwegianRegister of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new share capitalof the Company is NOK 39,896,409.20, divided into 99,741,023 shares, each with anominal value of NOK 0.4
