Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

The Company has been informed that Morten Foros Krohnstad, Chair of the Board and primary insider of Lifecare ASA, has today sold 3,600,000 shares in Lifecare ASA from his private holdings to a company closely associated with Morten Foros Krohnstad, Ben Va Holding AS, at a price of NOK 0.55 per share.

Following the transaction, Morten Foros Krohnstad’s aggregate direct and indirect ownership remains unchanged. The transaction represents an internal transfer between Morten Foros Krohnstad and a closely associated company.
