Lifecare ASA: Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Lifecare ASA (the “Company”) on 12 June 2026 regarding the final results following expiry of the exercise period for the warrants series 2 with ISIN NO0013709204 (“Warrants Series 2”) issued in connection with the partially underwritten rights issue of new shares in the Company completed in January 2026.
A total of 109,590,722 Warrants Series 2 were exercised at the exercise price of NOK 0.24899 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approx. NOK 27,286,994.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new shares as a result of the exercised Warrants Series 2 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company’s new share capital is NOK 40,771,147.10 divided into 407,711,471 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
The new shares are expected to be delivered to the VPS accounts of the subscribers to whom they are allocated on or about 26 June 2026, subject to timely payment having been received.
