LIFE-ME: Lifecare appoints CEO

The board of directors of Lifecare has appointed Joacim Holter as CEO for
Lifecare with immidiate effect. Holter have been a member of the Lifecare BoD
since 2011 and was the Chairman of the BoD from 2012 to 2016. 
Holter has solid experience from leading international companies from the R&D
stage to a commercial operation. Since 2015 he as been MD and Chairman of the
Swiss company Osmotex AG (www.osmotex.ch) and prior to this he was practicing as
attorney at law with his own practice in his hometown Bergen. He will combine
his responsibility as MD of Osmotex AG and CEO at Lifecare until further notice.

Holter will step aside as member of Lifecare BoD as soon as an replacement is
appointed at an extraordinary general assembly.  Holter will take seat as the
Lifecare representative in Digital Diagnostics AG, a company Lifecare has a 25%
ownership in.
