Reference is made to Stock Exchange Announcement 15 July 2022 regarding
subscriptions under Lifecare Employee Share Purchase Program and the share issue
resolved by Lifecare's Board of Directors. 

Employees in the Lifecare Group have been allocated in total 124 719 shares, of
which primary insiders Joacim Holter (Lifecare CEO) and Prof. Andreas Pfützner
(Lifecare CSO) both have been allocated 20 000 shares representing the
individual maximum subscription under the program. 

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the
Company is NOK 39 946 296,20, divided into 99 865 742 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 0.4
