Lifecare AS – Transactions by closely associated parties of primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Lifecare AS (the
"Company") on 26 October 2022 regarding the successful placing of a private
placement of new shares (the "Offer Shares") with gross proceeds of
approximately NOK 45 million (the "Private Placement").
