Lifecare ASA is a public limited company, incorporated in accordance with Norwegian law. Lifecare (LIFE) was listed on Euronext Growth in July 2018, and on Euronext Oslo Børs in October 2024. All shares have equal rights and are freely transferable.
Lifecare has warrants listed and tradable on Euronext Growth under the ticker code “LIFE TR”. The warrants may be exercised between 2 June to 13 June 2025. Each warrant provides the holder a right to subscribe for one new share in Lifecare at an exercise price per share equal to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the company’s shares on Euronext Oslo Børs on the three last trading days prior to 2 June 2025 less 30%, but in any event not lower than the par value of the Company’s shares (NOK 5.20) and not exceeding NOK 25.76.
